History of MACCA
The Michigan Association of Circuit Court Administrators was established in 1974 to support the professional development of court administrators statewide.
The origins of the association trace back to 1965, when Salvatore “Sam” Crimondo of Macomb County became Michigan’s first Circuit Court Administrator. He later became MACCA’s first president, setting the foundation for collaboration among court leaders.
The association was formed with the leadership of distinguished founding members, including:
